Membership Restrictions:
- Private Course - members and accompanied guests only. Also restricted time for Lodge guests.
- You may purchase a membership without owning property. This cost is $150,000 initiation, with another $45,000 due at conversion in 2008
- Membership for property owners is currently $95,000 (10/11/05) initiation, with another $47,500 due at conversion in 2008.
- Initiation for a social membership is $20,000, annual dues are $3,500
- 2005 annual dues are $8,800/yr
